The Shaws Road Rosé is a delicate salmon-coloured wine produced from Pinot Noir grapes from the Arthurs Creek vineyard. The wine was created using the French saignée method, fermented, and then stored in oak for a few months before bottling for immediate release. This sophisticated and jewel-like wine has a beautiful nose of ripe berry fruits followed by a summer palate of strawberries, with a crisp green apple finish. It’s too lovely to wait – drink it now.
